| And so it was! For whilst by 80's Indore had developed into an important commercial centre of M.P., it still bore the stamp of historic ages in the minds of the people outside. Thus a drastic 'face-lift' was required to dispel the 'myth'. Apollo Group did just that. Concentrating on commercial projects, the Group dissociated itself totally from the glorious past to concentrate more on the 'hi-tech' look that the city much required. The aim was to create structures that could make the floating populations realise the city's brisk march towards the 21st century. |
